Over the years, after collaborating with a lot of healthcare professionals and incorporating a ton of feedback, we have produced a proprietary insole that is highly customisable, comfortable and effective to YOU and your needs.

A short brief of our insoles - 

​

At the bottom layer (inside the sole cavity) is a board made of cellulose fibre. This is required, as a soft base would sink down under continuous pressure. In addition, a cellulose board is conducive to bonding (adhesion) with the sole.

 

The sole is made of TPR

(Thermo Plastic Rubber) for stability/balance/anti skidding/anti abrasive properties.

Over the cellulose board there is an C.L.P. - CAPCELL sheet. This helps as shock absorbing layer. It also provided cushion.

​

The middle layer is another layer of C.L.P with a proprietary twist. This XL-EVA further helps as a shock absorbing layer. It also provides further cushioning.

​

On the top layer we have latex (made up of natural & synthetic rubber combination).The latex gives a resilience/bouncing effect/cushioning which leads to comfort & reduces & distributes pressure on the feet.

The proprietary latex has a compression recovery of 50%, which

is ideal for reducing pain /pressure during long walks.

 

The top layer also consists of Plastazote, a material devoid of any potentially hazardous and harmful substances

Plastazote has for several decades provided comfort, support and a safe Healing environment for patients with podiatry complaints.

Moreover, our insoles are completely customisable and tailor made for each individual according to their specific needs and requirements. This allows us to achieve great flexibility and promises the utmost in comfort and safety.
